On Saturday, 15th October, 2011, one Ms. Florence Nagwire Abungu, a young lady aged 38 years was shot dead by police officers during a gun fire exchange between the police and suspected thugs at the Kangundo Road Caltex Gas Station in the City’s Eastlands suburbs.
