On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I just wanted to clarify - because this is an amendment that came from the Committee â the rationale; why we had proposed an amendment to 7(3) (a) because it is an amendment to 7(3) (a) in the original Bill. You will notice that 7(3) (a) was very specific to Members of Parliament and we thought it was limiting and targeting a particular class of state officers.
