Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, while I see the mischief that hon. Gumbo is talking about, we already have an elaborate procedure on this issue in Parliament. We have the requirement that subsidiary legislation be tabled in the House within 21 days. We have a Committee of Parliament dealing with subsidiary legislation. Asking them to bring it and for us to debate is essentially defeating what the meaning of subsidiary legislation is. Basically, we are going to be amending the Act.
