I wish to remind Members of this Committee that in our last report, one of the recommendations that were adopted by this House was that every single departmental committee should be able to form a sub-committee to liaise with the Committee on Implementation on a number of things. If this is going to start taking effect, problems like this will cease. Secondly, I sympathise with my brother, the Chair for Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning.
