It is already illegal for any student to be expelled based on their religious background and religious discrimination. Dalmas had come up with a request that instead of the Clerk reading one by one, why can he not just say: “From this clause to this clause”? That is because it is a continuous clause. He can exclude the ones that are being amended. Does he have to read them word by word? view
