Adan Hajj Ali

Hon. Adan Haji Ali served the County Government of Kwale as member for Tourism investment promotion and ICT from 2013-2017.

He has also worked in a number of countries including, Austria, Italy, Turkey and Tunisia in different managerial capacities.

He's currently the Chairperson, Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives.

We are talking about warehouse receipt system which is supposed to be something which can be traded by the banks. After the farmers take their wares to the operator, they are issued with a receipt which they can use to access credit.
