Any organization that is a creation of the Laws of Kenya – be it through a Statute or a subsidiary legislation or regulation – is expected to comply with the law. The Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH), which is the only serious referral hospital in the East and Central Africa region, the Horn of Africa and South of the Sahara, has had to grapple with serious land grabbing issues. Even if the Government of Kenya wanted to inject more funds into KNH for its expansion, the hospital has no land because all its empty parcels of land have been grabbed by cartels. ... view
