I just wanted to plead with the House, in particular the leadership of the House Business Committee (HBC), to fast-track a number of reports because going by what appeared in the newspapers today, it is as if there are assumptions. You know the Kenyan public consumes a lot of media reports. The Public Investments Committee has over eight reports still pending before this House.
