• 24 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 82 of the Bill be amended- (a) by renaming the existing provision as sub-section (1) and inserting the word “Parliament” immediately after the words “ Cabinet Secretary”; (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause- (2) Despite sub-section (1), the Director-General shall from time to time report to Parliament on the activities of the Service through the relevant Committee. view
