Mr. Speaker, Sir, is it in order for the Prime Minister to mislead the House when among the first issues that I had asked him to comment on was whether, indeed, as the supervisor and co-ordinator of Government, he has any report to ascertain the cause of the fire to our mission property in Tokyo? I think that was a legitimate issue.

I want to remind the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry that, indeed, there is a Director of Diaspora at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and all our missions have a diaspora desk. Unless he is saying that the Accounting Officer and the Minister are out of the country - which is one thing - but they have a budget. That is why we have a diaspora desk in all our missions.
