10 Mar 2010 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, the fate of a number of police officers who have been abducted is still unknown; a number of military officers have been killed. What concrete steps has the Government taken to ensure that Kenyans in Southern Sudan and Kenyans who live along the Southern Sudan-Kenya border are safe?

10 Mar 2010 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, how many prosecutions and convictions have taken place in Southern Sudan as a result of the many Kenyans who have either been killed or maimed? Secondly, we know that the Government has eloquently remained silent on the issue of Migingo Island and yet it is contentious. We have not forgotten it. There is a problem between Kenya and Southern Sudan in connection with Nadapal. There is also a problem between Kenya and Ethiopia over River Omo and the use of Lake Turkana. On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. It will be fair for the Assistant Minister to state which question he is attempting to answer so that I can also follow.

The issue of medical grounds was just a cover up. Could the Minister be honest to this House and take us through what happened between the time when the tenure of Joseph Muchemi as High Commissioner in London expired and last week when Mr. Ngare was transferred from Libya. The second ...

18 Nov 2009 in National Assembly:
That is something that I will be sharing with Parliament very soon. I had an opportunity to go to Japan. I know what happened. Mr. Awori refused to sanction something that is going on. Since we will be making a report very soon, I want to plead with the Minister for Foreign Affairs, who is preparing to be a candidate in 2012 to own up and tell this august House the truth; what he has said is not the truth at all.

18 Nov 2009 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, under the Constitution of Kenya, criminal responsibility is individual and the Minister of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons is one of the senior counsel. He has admitted that the announcement that was made by the Provincial Administration was not made with his concurrence. We know the issuance of identity cards (IDs) is the sole responsibility of the Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration of persons. We know the history ...
