Some of the key institutions that have benefited Members of Parliament and their constituencies are the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) and KeRRA. I do not want to delve into the politics of the formation of KeRRA, the KURA, KeNHA, and KRB. view

This trend started during the 11th Parliament and the 12th Parliament. I am glad that the Chairman is here. The only roads we have seen since Independence are KeRRA roads yet here is an entity that just decides, out of the blues, to withdraw what we got. In fact, there was an attempt to merge KeRRA with KeNHA during the 11th Parliament. Those who were in Parliament will tell you this. We refused. We refused and said “No KeRRA, no representation”.
