Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sometimes, farmers carry the burden of maintaining roads when it is the SDLF, KeRRA and the CDF which are supposed to maintain these roads. This seems to be uncoordinated. Therefore, we recommend that the two levels of Government, namely, the national and county governments, should coordinate and develop infrastructure for cane farmers.
