But when you say competitive appointment of the CEO and then you go to the Chairman and the board, it will take a little bit of time. Therefore, we are only putting in an interim board, after the Act becomes operational. Then we will need a little bit of time so that the full board can be operational. So, that was the purpose. But I have no objection by the one year amendment that has been proposed. view
