Barely three weeks ago, he was campaigning for Kenya African National Union (KANU), the baba and mama party, which has a history of a one party dictatorial state in Kenya. Let me pick on the Report by the Controller of Budget (CoB) which is always sent to the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. As you said it, it is our business and even Members to appear before those Committees when those reports are being done and raise issues that concern their counties.
