This is a fundamental Petition. Amendment of the Constitution through parliamentary initiative is provided for in the Constitution. We can amend certain Articles of the Constitution if we all agree. The Okoa Kenya, Boresha Katiba, Punguza Mzigo and many other initiatives can take advantage of this opportunity.
