As a Committee, this report was tabled on 7th July, 2015. That was earlier this year. That issue can be dealt with because we have come to realise that while the Committee understood that, that report must have been made directly to this House, his argument is that he has tabled these documents to Parliament and it is up to it now to decide to debate--- view

The Committee did its part and wrote back to him. It gave him a date on which he did not turn up.
