It is now necessary to amend the proposed section in order to clarify the intention. When we were doing it last time, we left Section 6 hanging. It was not very clear. It has now been deleted and substituted with Section 10 which specifically gives the Public Service Commission the power to do the advertisement, interviews, shortlisting and submitting of three names. view
