There is nothing like that in the law. It has never been registered. To make it clearer, we shared it with President Obama and the issue was settled. It is not business anymore. This is what happens in developed countries; companies will always produce to their shareholders the correct forensic audit and status of their companies. Last night, I saw the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the National Treasury saying that we are being given false investment options on Kenya Airways, and the Board was sitting there.
