You cannot leave the regulator from having a membership in the committee. I have agreed with the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade that, that was an oversight which happened in the Bill. I am only saying that the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), as a regulator and player in the industry, should have one member among the many other members in the committee. view
