I wish that the substantive Cabinet Secretary (CS) was sitting here, I would grill him. I totally agree with what the Chairman has said. These are 19,272 Kenyans who are stateless in courts because they cannot access basic education, employment and they cannot even move from Garissa to Migori or Nakuru because they are undocumented. view
