On a point of order, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I have a lot of respect for my friend Hon. T. J. But he has said many things in vernacular and I was writing them so I can get a translation. I do not know what the last word means. It can be insulting and is not a parliamentary word. So, he should translate it to either Kiswahili or English.

At least, I can confirm that she is up to the task of being the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. I am getting used to it. You know I am back now so I prepared for everything I see on the Order Paper until the Refugees Bill. So, I will sit here for long because I missed this in the last seven years.
