I think one of the key reasons why we care for our environment is because our environment is naturally the catchment area for water which is life. In many cases, the environmental issues that are being undertaken are likely to have an impact on the water systems. Therefore, it is very much in order that we have these lead agencies because they have experts in them who have done a lot of research on most of these issues and they are able to offer better guidance.
