We did not have an Opposition for the first time. That was a Parliament where both sides of the House were Members of the Executive. That gave a chance to a few of us, later at the end of the five years, to form a caucus that resembled an opposition. We decided not to work with that Grand Coalition Government. view

I have been very consistent. Today, I am a happy man. I have said it in my constituency and on the Floor of the House that if you want to disband a Commission under Article 251 - the Commissions and Independent Offices shown under Chapter 15 of the Constitution - the route is the one that the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs has taken. The 47 governors and 47 Senators went through a due diligence process and where there was a petition, the Constitution is very clear. It is clear that if it is a presidential election, one of the functions of the Supreme Court was to look at disputes of presidential election.
