Parliamentary committees are well documented in these Standing Orders; it is only parliamentary committees that can bring reports to this House for debate. I want to agree with him that there are many caucuses within the House. There is the caucus for hon. Members of Parliament led by hon. Neto; the young Parliamentarians fighting for human rights.
