Members on adoption of the House Rules Committee Report on review of Standing Order No.44 on Statements and actualization of provisions of Article 153 of the Constitution. This Report recommends that a provision be made in the Standing Orders to allow Cabinet Secretaries to attend the plenary of the Assembly. This will enable hon.
