I also want to note that the Committee considered very daunting challenges that our country is facing; the matter of wage bill and security in this report and more so, the over-challenging daunting task of implementing a devolved system of government. I am happy this Committee under the able leadership of our Chair brought out the elements of the public wage bill, security and devolved government. We are talking of Vision 2030.
