The Supplementary Budget, both for Recurrent and Development Expenditure, which of course, has been laid on the Table of this House, is very clear. An amount of Kshs4.6 billion is in this Supplementary Budget to cater for outstanding allowances of the police and the Prisons Service. Another amount of Kshs3.4 billion is for security operations and evacuation of Kenyans in South Sudan. Hon.
