We cannot have a country where blatant violation of our Constitution as regards the freedom of the media is being violated. It is one other issue, which we must stand very strong to protect. • 5 Dec 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, all of us are going the same direction. The University of Nairobi, for example, teaches journalism by the mere fact that it is given a charter. So, we can say “save for a university or any other institution of higher learning that has been granted a charter”, so that we carry both the universities and other institutions. The element of university must come in. view
