• 22 Apr 2020 in National Assembly: Hon. Deputy Speaker, I totally agree with Hon. Ochieng’. We are in an emergency situation because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, I am sure that some communities and religions have elaborate ways of burying their dead. We can reduce the time factor. There are certain things that must be done for the dead person to be buried according to his or faith or culture. I am happy because the Muslim community consulted the Ministry of Health.
