The ten people who were interviewed by the Public Service Commission, to be more serious, three names were submitted to the President. They were Muturi Njee, Muthoni Kimani and Nathan Ronoh. The three of them are very competent Kenyans. His Excellency the President submitted the name and nominated Njee Muturi to be considered for appointment. On a point of order, hon. Speaker, Sir. Hon. Ng’ongo is talking about sycophancy, and I want to jog his memory. It was because of sycophancy in the last Parliament that he was appointed an Assistant Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister. He is a recipient of sycophancy.
