The Chair is here. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is a House of procedure. Hon. Otiende Amollo, if the Chair is not around, he delegates to any of his Members. Hon. Omboko Milemba cannot just come and say it is unfortunate. That is being very casual. I am prepared. All the other Chairs are prepared but I am lucky Hon. Wario is here. He is one of the most active Chairs. So, the matter is saved now. It is good that I have been talking. Hon. Wario, move your amendment.
