9 Nov 2011 in National Assembly:
On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The HANSARD will bear me out. It is only one report – the special audit report of the Controller and Auditor-General which the Prime Minister has tabled. If he has tabled the report from the KACC, let him avail it to the hon. Members and to myself as a person. The other one is the parliamentary report.

9 Nov 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, from the Prime Minister’s Statement, he alluded to an audit report from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; there was a report from the Treasury, which I believe was that of the Controller and Auditor-General, and which was different. So, there was a report from the KACC and a report from the Controller and

8 Nov 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you very well know that Eastleigh is the third largest area in Nairobi, after Westlands and Nairobi Central Business District, in terms of revenue collection by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). I want the Assistant Minister to confirm whether it is deliberate effort by the Government, and more so the Ministry of Roads, to neglect Eastleigh. Member has asked is: What financial assistance has the family of the police officer received? What financial assistance has the family of the DEO received? What financial assistance has the family of the principal received? It is not about how they transported the bodies and so on. Is he in order to tell us ...

3 Nov 2011 in National Assembly:

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I come from a constituency which was affected by this. I ask for your indulgence that you give me time.

3 Nov 2011 in National Assembly:
On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. With your indulgence, there is a major cover up. Out of the 47 primary schools in my constituency where this Unimix was given to children, until this morning, there was no official from the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation. The parents and the school administration took the remaining Unimix back to the Kenya Red Cross. Of the 1,170 metric tonnes of Unimix which were distributed, 362 metric tonnes were returned to the Kenya Red Cross. The remaining was consumed by over 274,000 kids in a period of seven days before this ...
