So, it will be referred to committees, which will deal with that matter within seven days. So, from Thursday, committees will begin handling very critical constitutional matters. • 10 Feb 2020 in National Assembly: The former President will be remembered for many things like education where he decentralised it from primary to secondary and also ensured higher education was decentralised. This led to many universities emerging like Moi University and Egerton University. He will be remembered for consolidating peace, stability and tranquility within the Horn of Africa and largely the East African region at a very difficult time for the region and the African continent. view
