  • 8 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: The justification is that this Act is to apply to all types of units, both residential and commercial, so that we take care of that in terms of the apartments. For example, if you buy an office block on a flat, it is commercial; and if you buy a residential one, it is the same. So, this law must apply to both. view
