For example, if you buy an office block on a flat, it is commercial; and if you buy a residential one, it is the same. So, this law must apply to both. view

The amendment seeks to include the aspect of the assessment ground rent, which was left out of the Bill. Of course, this rent is paid under the terms of the lessee by the owner of the building to the owner of the land which is built. view
