Hon. Speaker, I passed the message to the Chair of the Committee because I was a messenger. I also passed the message to the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. The Chair was here a few minutes ago. I will make sure that he gives an answer tomorrow.

Hon. Speaker, the hon. Member is photographing me in the Chamber. It is not allowed and I am not sure whether he is going to send it to my enemies. Instead of recording me, he can get the HANSARD. I will tell the Chair of the Committee to provide an answer tomorrow afternoon. He is a good friend of mine, but I do not know why he is taking my photo. We will discuss why later.

Hon. Speaker, I want to thank the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. Next time I will help him to lobby, through the Liaison Committee, so that all Committee Chairs can be present for the Budget implementation for the Financial Year 2020/2021 meeting. However, I want him to withdraw two statements: One, that, Chairs are chasing headlines. I do not think Chairs are chasing headlines. Kenyans must be told how much the Senate is spending on Senate Mashinani . The Auditor- General must speak to this matter. I do not think they will come to my county. They are in Kitui County. What I have heard is that they have been caught up in the wars between the Senator and the Governor of Kitui County. That is not what we can call “Senate Mashinani .” The Senate should know that the Chairperson of the Budget and Appropriations Committee is talking about the Budget of the Financial Year 2020/2021.
