This House is composed of 349 Members and the Speaker. The administrative position of Parliament is different from the way this House is constituted. All of us have children. There is a stranger in this House. This has never happened since 1963. This is an abuse of the House. That Member must be cited for gross misconduct. We must protect the dignity of the House. view
