The KRA can have a say. So, it is good that they appear. The Cabinet Secretary is only in charge of the Standard Gauge Railway. The person in charge of the cargo at the Port of Mombasa is the Commissioner General. view

Once you are called to reply, you cannot donate your reply. So, I hope that the other members of the Speaker’s Panel will stop that culture. I want to reply.
