I was saying that if we want to deal with the Senate, let us put it in one of the questions in the referendum. There are many referendum questions. This is a very important Bill. There are some key businesses that ought to be concluded by 30th April 2019. The Budget Estimates for the Financial Year 2019 will also be received before the long recess in May, following which the relevant Committee will undertake public hearings and stakeholder engagement.

Through you, Hon. Speaker, I urge all Chairs of relevant Committees to expedite consideration of the mentioned Bills and table any pending reports to enable Members to acquaint themselves with the contents of the Bills before we subject them to the Committee of the whole House. The HBC will reconvene on Tuesday 19th February 2019 at the rise of the House to consider business for the coming week.
