They must follow Access to Information, that even the guidance you are talking about cannot be used. That is what it means. The policy cannot be used not to disclose a project. The most important thing is the Constitution. Access to Information is in Article 34 of the Constitution. It is very sad that women in this House do not take their work seriously. We have been forced to ensure that they come in numbers. This is the second time this is happening.
