Kajwang’ who is being intimidated by Hon. Millie Odhiambo from Ukraine. She is in Ukraine but Hon. Kajwang’ is unable to leave the Chamber because of her. • 15 Nov 2018 in National Assembly: I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended by deleting the proposed amendment to section 2 of the Land Registration Act, 2012. I am deleting all proposed amendments to Section 2, of the Land Registration Act, 2012. The stakeholders need to be consulted. The Attorney-General, through a letter dated 22nd August, 2018, concurred with me and said we need to do it in a substantive Bill. I beg to move by deleting all the proposed amendments on Section 2 of the Land Registration Act, 2012. view

• 15 Nov 2018 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended by deleting all the proposed amendments to the Legal Education Act, 2012. This is after getting communication from the Attorney-General through his letter dated, 22nd August 2018, saying that this is a very substantive amendment.
