His further amendment is not on the Order Paper. It has not been circulated. The fundamental question is: Can somebody further amend my amendment without my permission or am I the one to do it? So, the element of bringing in a university is when it deals with accreditation. Let us not mix it. I really want to ask my good friend to agree with me. The Chair will rule on this matter.
