There is a problem with the county assemblies across the country. It is good that people read the chapter on integrity and, more so, the Code of Conduct of a State officer in Articles 75, 76 and 77 of the Constitution. The onus is on the political parties to crack the whip and discipline rogue leaders. Even this House is under obligation to show the county assemblies how to behave.
