Through your indulgence, I urge that I step down items (ii) and (iii) because the amendment on the Urban Areas and Cities (Amendment) Bill are amendments of the Chair and have serious fundamental ramifications. The Bill also has money issues and having consulted the Cabinet Secretary in charge of National Treasury and the Chair of the Committee, we have agreed to do more consultations.
