• 29 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: A framework for assessing performance of conditional allocation from loans and grants for effective oversight must be developed by the National Treasury in consultation with the various implementing ministries, departments and agencies. Donor money must be used for the intended purpose to benefit Kenyans.
