  • 7 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, request Hon. Kimunya to allow the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs to prepare to second the Bill. I know that he is from the United States of America (USA).
