A city called Istanbul receives 30 million tourists a year and when we receive 1.1 million tourists in Kenya, we get excited. We have all it takes to bring visitors to this country. There are many colleagues who did not benefit from that system. Let us talk about it before Hon. (Dr.) Eseli goes to court. We do not want him to go to court.
