I urge committees of this House and the House in general, we are at the forefront in the fight against corruption, and we must make sure that we follow to the letter the money we appropriate to each and every public officer. This House must change its way of doing things. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I saw our colleagues over the holiday between the two Speakers. There is nothing unusual between the two Houses. For example, the budget-making process is an exclusive power given to the National Assembly in Chapter 12 of the Constitution and sections 38 and 39 of the Public Finance Management Act.
