They are taking ages to bring the Report of the Land Value Index Laws (Amendment) Bill to the House. I want to tell them that you will reprimand them as per the Standing Orders. This Bill is more important to the Executive and Government than even the Physical Planning Bill. So, I want to ask Hon.   • 26 Apr 2018 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Standing Orders are very clear. When a Bill is read for the First Time, the Committee has 21 days to submit a report, whether it has many other Bills or not. Hon. Nyamai is one of the best Chairs. Her Vice Chairman is also one of the best but they cannot take indefinite time. I hope they will table the report before we go on recess. view
