Temporary Deputy Chairman, I had the same worry about this amendment. However, the New Clause 44A solves our worry, for those of us who wanted to oppose. At least, restricted tendering has been made very clear under the New Clause 44A. Why do I support that? That is why we have a problem in Mumias.
